Jungle Cat World
Here are some pictures from Jungle Cat World in Orono. I loved seeing the animals there, especially this baby tiger:

Does anyone know if this is a black panther or a jaguar? Is there a specific animal that is refered to as panther or is it a genus?
Another question I have….do big cats cough up fur balls? I saw the cats in Jungle Cat World chowing down entire chickens…feathers, beaks, legs and all. Do they cough up feather balls?

those are not llamas, they’re alpaka
and the photo is a Jag. we have 2 at the zoo, male and female, Jag’s are one of three animals (one other being humans) who kill for fun, also, the head has a soft, stuffed animal roundish look….don’t be fooled, it’s all muscle! just some info
